Terms and Conditions – 32GamesPK Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing the 32GamesPK platform – whether through the website, a mobile browser, or any application made available by 32GamesPK – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 32GamesPK.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 32GamesPK platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 32GamesPK will notify registered members of material changes via the contact information provided at the time of registration.

To register and maintain an account with 32GamesPK, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person at least 18 years of age.
• You must be the legal owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your 32GamesPK account.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 32GamesPK, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by decision of 32GamesPK.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or playing.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes.

32GamesPK operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, will be treated as a breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Age verification may be requested at any time. 32GamesPK reserves the right to restrict access to deposits and withdrawals pending successful age verification. If verification reveals that the account holder is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any deposits returned to the payment source after any applicable processing period.

Your 32GamesPK account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person under any circumstances. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, games played, and transactions processed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 32GamesPK username and password. You must choose a strong, unique password and not use the same password for other online services. 32GamesPK will never request your password through any communication channel. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 32GamesPK will provide advance notice before any dormancy fee or balance adjustment is applied to a dormant account. The account can be reactivated by logging in and completing a verification step.

All funds on the 32GamesPK platform are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 32GamesPK does not support foreign currency deposits. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be declined or converted at a rate determined solely by the payment processor.

The following deposit methods are currently accepted by 32GamesPK:

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the payment account belongs to a different individual – are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and a potential account review. 32GamesPK does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

All deposits are subject to a standard security check. 32GamesPK reserves the right to request supporting documentation before crediting a deposit to your playing balance. Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your 32GamesPK account.

Withdrawal requests from your 32GamesPK account are processed as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Standard processing time is under 4 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• The first withdrawal of each calendar day is fee-free. Subsequent withdrawals on the same day may incur a small processing fee as detailed in your account dashboard.

Before your first withdrawal, 32GamesPK will require identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method you intend to withdraw to. This is a one-time requirement and is in place to protect your account and comply with financial security standards.

32GamesPK reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request where a security review is ongoing, where the account has not met bonus wagering requirements, or where documentation has not been provided. You will be notified if your withdrawal request is placed under review. Funds held during a review will be returned promptly once the review concludes satisfactorily or the account is formally closed.

32GamesPK offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. The specific terms of each bonus – including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period – are detailed within the promotion itself. These Terms and Conditions provide the general framework within which all 32GamesPK bonuses operate.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your 32GamesPK account and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• To convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, you must complete the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses expire at midnight on their stated expiry date. Expired bonuses are removed from your bonus wallet automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One active welcome bonus per account. Players who have previously received a welcome bonus at 32GamesPK are not eligible to receive it again.
• Bonus abuse – including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-variance betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or any form of collusion – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• 32GamesPK reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Specific rules for each game and betting market available on 32GamesPK are published within the relevant game section. These overarching rules apply across all 32GamesPK products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 32GamesPK cannot reverse a confirmed bet at a player's request.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or a data feed failure during a live sports event, 32GamesPK reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Sports bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL and Pakistan cricket matches). 32GamesPK does not make independent settlement decisions.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all 32GamesPK products. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may vary by product, event, and player account level.
• Casino game RTP (Return to Player) figures are independently certified and published within each game's information panel. Random number generation is certified by an independent third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 32GamesPK platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or sports fraud: Placing bets based on inside information about the fixing of a sporting event is a serious criminal matter in Pakistan and will be reported immediately.
• Money laundering: Using the 32GamesPK platform to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or play at 32GamesPK as a person under 18, or facilitating access by any underage individual.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game on the 32GamesPK platform.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets or play games without direct human involvement.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a deposit that was genuinely made to your 32GamesPK account.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of any technical glitch, pricing error, or display error. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious system error will be voided.

• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 32GamesPK platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 32GamesPK platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, scrape, frame, mirror, or systematically extract data from the platform.

32GamesPK provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous, error-free access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. 32GamesPK will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or other technical issues outside the control of 32GamesPK.
• Losses resulting from temporary platform downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the 32GamesPK platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow the security guidance in these terms, including keeping your password secure.

Nothing in these terms limits 32GamesPK's liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited. Our total liability to any individual member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of that member's deposits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

32GamesPK may suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Discovery that the account holder provided false information during registration.
• Account holder's request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the account holder, 32GamesPK reserves the right to retain any bonus funds, pending winnings, or promotional rewards associated with the breach. Genuine account balances held in real-money funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the verified payment source after any applicable investigation period.

If you wish to voluntarily close your 32GamesPK account, please contact support@32gamespk.app. We will process your closure request within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is finalised.

32GamesPK may update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the contact information on their account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. Minor clarifications or non-material changes may be made without advance notice.

The most current version of these terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated. By continuing to use 32GamesPK after the effective date of a change, you accept the revised terms.
